TOBIAS, HENRY - Pine Grove--Henry Tobias died Friday, Jan. 27, of cancer of the liver.  He was born Nov. 21, 1840, and was a son of Jacob and Anna Tobias.  He was married to Lizzie Page, who together with one son and one daughter survive him.  He is also survived by one sister, three grandchildren and a host of friends.  Mr. Tobias lived in this community a number of years and was loved by all who knew him.  The funeral services were held from the Covington Christian church., of which Mr. Tobias was a member, Monday afternoon and were conducted by Rev. G. A. Conibear.  Interment in Highland cemetery at Covington.  Out of town friends at the funeral were Mrs. Irvin J. Burkholder of Syracuse, N. Y., Mrs. Hiram Haysworth and son Harry of Richmond, Ind., Mrs. A. Pittsenbarger and Mrs. and Mrs. Hannah Armstrong of Versailles, Mrs. M. Krause, Mrs. A. Wachler, Mrs. M. Friend and Mrs. C. Coon of Germantown, Mrs. and Mrs. P. Coleman of Greenville, Mrs. and Mrs. Ellis Shellenbarger and Mr. and Mrs. Will Shellenbarger of Bradford.
