STONER, HARRY M. - Pleasant Hill--Twenty-two years ago on the twenty-second of last December, there was born to Daniel P. and Rosa Stoner a son to whom was given the name Harry M. Stoner.  The home was near Brookville, in Montgomery county, and here the child grew to young manhood.  After finishing the common school, he attended high school at Brookville for one year and then took a position with the Dayton and Northern traction company.  Recently he became a conductor on the Dayton and Covington line, since which time he has made his home in West Milton.  In his service for the public he had made many friends who join the family and loved ones in their sorrow for his loss and in treasuring in fondest memory those qualities of uprightness and worth which he had manifested to them.  His mother and a sister have preceded him in death.  The close of his life came on the second of August 1912, in West Milton.  The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Alva M. Kerr at the old home church near Brookville, and the interment was at that place; the trip being made from Milton in autos.
