SLANKER, GERTRUDE - Brandt--Gertrude Slanker died June 29th at Tippecanoe City her death being due to consumption.  She was born August 2nd, 1884, at Springfield and was the daughter of William and Mary Anderson.  She was married August 6, 1905.  Her husband, a son, a sister and a brother survive her.  The funeral was held from the M. E. church in Brandt Friday, July 1, and was conducted by the Rev. DeMooth.  Interment at Carlisle.
