PRILL, GEORGE - George Prill, 53, of south of Troy, died very suddenly Tuesday morning at the home of Mrs. Mary Crawford, 617 Hickory street, Dayton.  He passed away very suddenly at the breakfast table and it is said he choked to death while eating a piece of steak, expiring before aid could be secured.  The circumstances were believed to be somewhat suspicious but the magistrate who served as coroner and made an examination declared that there was no evidence of foul play.  Prill, so Mrs. Crawford stated, came to her home drunk on Monday evening and she and her husband endeavored to have him return home but he refused.  He remained all night and arising the next morning again visited the saloons and returning was asked to eat breakfast and his death followed as before related.  Several months ago Prill hired Mrs. Crawford and her husband to keep house for him at his home south of Troy.  It is claimed he became enamored of the woman and that she secured considerable money from him.  At any rate he accused her of embezzling $1,000 and succeeded in having her bound over to the grand jury, which, in session this week, ignored the charge.  Prill's mental condition, meanwhile, became such that on March 13 his brother, Harry Prill, was appointed his guardian.  It is expected that the funeral services would be held and interment made in Dayton, Thursday.
