STOUT, GEORGE K.  - At Hospital No. 3, Nashville, Tenn., on the 21st died of Chronic Diarrhea, George K., only son of H. O. Stout, Esq., of Dayton, in the 28th year of his age.  He was a member of the 71st O. V. I., and had been in the service ever since the organization of the regiment--nearly four years.
