SAYLER, FRED - Fred Sayler, formerly of Connersville, Ind., but a resident here, and World War veteran, died early Thursday morning at the home of Mrs. Herbert Hoover where he lived.  He will be accorded a full military funeral by the American Legion at one o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Hoover home.
