KNOOP, DAVID B. - Piqua--Wednesday, David B. Knoop former janitor of a Piqua school building, died at a Dayton hospital. A year ago last October Mr. Knoop was stricken with paralysis on the steps of the building. There was some improvement, but his condition became such later that he had to be removed to a Dayton hospital. The deceased was 60 years of age and was a native of this county coming here from near Troy several years ago. After the father was removed to Dayton the mother made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Ernest Wiltheiss of 1008 North Main street. Harry H. Knoop, C. H. & D. engineer, is a son of the deceased. There are two brothers, Charles E. Knoop of west Broadway and Harry J. Knoop of Troy. The funeral services will be conducted at the Wiltheiss home in Rossville Friday at 1 o'clock, after which the remains will be taken to Riverside cemetery, Troy, for interment.
