Mrs. Bertha E. Snyder, 81, Ex-Covingtonian

COVINGTON – Services for Mrs. Bertha E. Snyder, 81, of Columbus, former resident of Covington, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Duff Memorial Home here.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Mrs. Snyder died at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday at her residence in Columbus.  Born in Portland, Ind., Nov. 5, 1876, she was the daughter of John A. and Margaret Atchison Boggs.  She was a member of the Congregational Christian Church here. Surviving are her husband, Omer C., and a foster daughter, Mrs. Etoile M. Hiatt of Columbus. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
