KOERNER, BENEDICT - Benedict Koerner, the well known Troy meat dealer, died in St. Elizabeth's hospital, Dayton, Wednesday morning, death being the result of blood poison arising from a scratch on the left hand.  The left arm had been amputated and he rallied from the amputation but for several days he had grown worse.  He was about fifty years of age.  Mr. Koerner was very widely known having been in business for many years and dealt with many people, both as buyer and seller.  He was a member of St. Patrick's church.  He is survived by his wife and two daughters.  Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
