BEESON, BEATRICE - Pleasant Hill--The home of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Beeson was saddened Tuesday afternoon when the Death Angel took their only child, the little daughter, Beatrice, who, was nearly 4 years old.  The child had been very ill for several days, and terminated in typhoid fever.  Mr. Beeson is principal in the Pleasant Hill high school, and the death of this child caused a sadness in the city, as this week is the close of the school term and the parents have the sincere sympathy of the community.  The funeral service was held at the home Thursday and the little body was taken to Vandalia for interment.
