BROKAW, ANNA M. - Anna M. Brokaw, wife of Joseph S. Brokaw, after a two weeks' illness with acute indigestion died at her home in North Main street, Piqua, Monday evening, March fourth, aged 58 years, four months and five days.  The deceased was born on a farm in Springcreek township.  The greater part of her life was spent in the township where she was born and she never resided outside of Miami county.  She was a woman well respected by all who knew her.  Besides her husband she leaves two sons, Frank and Clyde Brokaw, both Springcreek township farmers, three daughters, Mrs. George Wilson who lives on North Main street, Piqua, Mrs. D. O. Filler, who lives on a farm north of Piqua and Miss Jennie, and one sister, Mrs. John F. Hetzler of Kirkwood.  Funeral services were conducted in the residence by Rev. W. J. Young of the Piqua Christian church at 2 p.m. Thursday.  Burial in the Forest Hill cemetery at Piqua.
