PENNEY, ANDREW -
Buckneck--Andrew Penney, a veteran of the civil war, died at the home of Joseph
Marlin, southeast of Bradford, last Saturday, at the age of 72 years, 3 months
and 10 days. Mr. Penney was stricken with paralysis on Sunday evening,
July 7th, and was unconscious the greater part of the time until death came.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Christian church in Pleasant
Hill. Interment at the Pleasant Hill cemetery.
