BLAKELEY, ADAM E. - A three-weeks' illness from pneumonia resulted in the death Thursday of Adam E. Blakeley, 46, editor of the Herald at Botkins, and also the postmaster of the village. He had been a lifelong Republican and was at one time mayor of the town. A widow, son and daughter survive.
