TAYLOR, WALTER - Walter Taylor, 49, of Tipp City died Sunday, July 19, 2009. Walt was born in Dayton on Nov. 30, 1959. He was employed by Tipp Machine & Tool and was known as a handyman who enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and most especially his vacations with his family in Myrtle Beach. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose; brother, Vernon Howell; grandparents, Robert and Arietta Taylor and Alwilda Taylor. Walt is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Cindy (Miller) Taylor; daughter and her fiance, Lauren Taylor and Jacob Livermore; son, Nick Taylor; father, William Taylor; brother Elbert Howell; numerous other relatives and many friends especially those he had worked with for many years. Services were held July 24 at George C. Martin Funeral Home North Dayton Chapel with Rev. Mark Craig, officiating. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or VITAS Hospice.
