BRANDON, MARGARET ELIZABETH - Margaret Elizabeth Brandon, 93, of Trotwood died on Monday, Aug. 17, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born Feb. 22, 1916 in Laura. She was an avid golfer and member of the Sugar Valley Country Club, Bellbrook. She is survived by her daughter Marilyn J. Gibas of Trotwood; grandchildren Susan Gibas and Michael and Moni Gibas; brother, Donald Altic of West Milton. She was preceded in death by her parents Roland Fair and Lilie Pearl (Lockner) Altic, husband Lafayette Fredrick Brandon, son-in-law Murray A. Gibas, brothers Ned, Everett, Leonard, Dennis and Ralph Altic; sisters, Violet Fine, Ellen Mire, Gladys Martin, Gertrude Hill and Rose. Services were held Aug. 22 at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton. Burial was in Mt. Zion Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
