ANDERSON, JUANITA (NEE: POWERS) - Juanita Anderson, 83, of Union died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009 at Mercy Hospital in Franklin. She was born April 16, 1926 to Joseph and Florence (Hamilton) Powers. Juanita was a member of Englewood Pentecostal Church and VFW Post 5435 in Union. She is survived by sons, Homer and Gary Anderson; daughter, Carolyn Boggs and Lanita Barker, 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Arnold Anderson and sons Ricky Lyn and Bobby Ray. Services were held Aug. 28 at Englewood Pentecostal with Rev. Edward L. Clements officiating. Interment followed in Arlington Cemetery. Arrangements were in the care of Hale-Sarver Funeral Home.
