FISHER, REBECCA M. - Tipp City - Rebecca M. Fisher, 84, formerly of 3rd Street, Tipp City, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at Covington Care Center. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 1, at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St., West Milton. The Rev. Sam Shilot will officiate, with interment at New Carlisle Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Hale-Sarver.
