EVANS, JoANN B. (nee: BEST) - JoAnn B. Evans, 69, of Tipp City, Died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009 at Springmeade. She was a member of the Tipp City United Methodist Church. She was born March 24, 1940 in Farmersville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd J. and Edith (Hicks) Best. She is survived by her loving husband, Bernard Evans; son and daughter-in-law, Lonnie and Pam Evans, Alpharetta, Ga.; daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Neil Costello, Peachtree, Ga.; five grandchildren; brother, Glen Best of Greenville. Services were held Sept. 10 at Tipp City United Methodist Church with Rev. Bonita Wood and Rev. James Hartland officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. Hale-Sarver Funeral Home served the family. Contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
