DONALD S. - age 68, of Tipp City, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2009
at Hospice of Dayton. Don was a retired Major from the U.S. Air Force with
21 years of service and then retired from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve after
15 years, member of the Sons of the American Revolution and a volunteer at the
Air Force Museum. Don is survived by his wife of 45 years, Natalie A.;
daughter and son-in-law, Andra K. & Wade M. Thomas of Indian Harbour Beach,
Fl; grandchildren, Andrew, Emily & Catherine; sisters, Rebecca Skirbunt of
VA, Martha Johnson of Columbus, Deborah Wise of Plain City, Christine Jenkins of
AL; brother, Mark Taylor of Columbus; other relatives and friends. Private
services with interment at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington VA. If
desired memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the American
Cancer Society in Don's memory. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Marker
& Heller Funeral Homes, Huber Heights Chapel.
