DYER, BRIAN TOBY - age 38, of Vandalia, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2009.  He was born October 2, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Paul H. Dyer and Elizabeth D. (Manns) Mills.  He was a graduate of Vandalia Butler High School and was a self employed plumber.  He is preceded in death by his father, Paul H. Dyer; brother, Corey Mills; grandfathers, Walker W. Dyer and Rev. Ralph Manns.  He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth D. and Gordon G. Mills; brother, Paul T and wife, Tina Dyer and Jason T. Dyer, Greg and wife, Karen Mills; sister, Joy and husband, Tony Tolbert; nieces and nephews, Corey, Matt, Megan, Kyle, Austin, Taylor, Jason, Cassie, Kara, and Brandon; uncles, Floyd and Cheryl Dyer and Bill and Judy Dyer, Ted, Rick and Paul and Ima Manns; aunts, Dottie and Bob Ritter and Lois and Travis Bass; and grandmothers, Faye Dyer and Naomi Manns; and numerous cousins and friends.  Graveside services will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City,  Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel.  To send a special message to the family, please visit www.NewcomerDayton.com.
