SMITH, PHYLLIS E. - age 83 of Centerville, Ohio, formerly of Royal Oak, Michigan passed away Monday, February 9, 2004.  Phyllis was born on December 9, 1920 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to Martin and Elizabeth Grosvenor who have preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lowell "Ted" Smith and her brothers, William, Ernest, Edwin, and Gordon "Bud" Grosvenor.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Bob Comstock of Beavercreek; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Ann Smith of Lake City, Florida; grandchildren, Darren Smith and wife Terry Ann, Robert Comstock and wife Misti, Randy Comstock, Brian Smith and wife Cindy, Ricky Comstock and Renee Supper and husband Wes; great grandchildren, Casey Comstock, Shyla Supper and Faith Smith; sisters-in-law, Rosemary Grosvenor of Florida, and Marjorie King of Kentucky; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Junior and Jewel Smith of Kentucky; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.  Phyllis was a member of Northwood Baptist Church in Michigan and retired from Sears after 23 years of service as an Account Specialist to the Troy Accounting Center, responsible for the Detroit region disbursement.  Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, February 12, 2004 at Oakview Cemetery Mausoleum, Royal Oak, Michigan.  A prayer service will be held at 7:45 PM, Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at the Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio.  Her family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until the time of Prayers Wednesday, February 11 at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
