KLEIN, DORIS C. - age 89 of Troy died Monday, February 9. Mrs. Klein and her husband, Paul founded K's Hamburger Shop of Troy in 1935. Although the business is now owned and operated by their daughter Marcia Ryan, Mrs. Klein continued to work as the bookkeeper until her death. Mrs. Klein is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis and Roger Primm; Kathleen and Robert Mitchell and Marcia and Patrick Ryan; sisters, Dottie Ketchem and Mrs. Robert (Jayne) Zuber; Terra and Susan Mitchell and one great-granddaughter, Caitlyn Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister and three brothers. A member of the Hillside Chapel of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Beavercreek, she was a former Sunday School and Bible School teacher. Services 2:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 14 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Interment in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 PM Friday and 1-2 PM Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideons International, Hospice of Miami County or Health Partners.
