ANDERSON, FRANCES MAY - Frances May Anderson, age 89, of Tipp City, formerly of Kettering, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2003.  Mrs. Anderson was born in Lexington, KY, December 20, 1913, attended First Baptist Church of Vandalia; member of the Dayton Gardening Federation, Greater Dayton Boat Club & the Harrison Twp. Senior Citizens.  Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R., in 1998.  Survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Judith Gail & Floyd Frank of Troy, son & daughter-in-law, Thomas & Cindy Anderson of Phoenix, AZ; 6 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Edith Lutes of Houstonville, KY; several nieces, nephews & many friends.  Funeral service 1:30 p.m. Monday at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "Northridge Chapel", 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road.  Pastor Wayne Monroe, officiating.  Interment Willow View Cemetery.  Frances's family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service Monday at the George C.
