SAATHOFF, ADELAIDE R. - 76, of New Carlisle, Oh., passed away Monday, February 8, 1993, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, John H., in 1982. She is survived by her sister, Anne Peacock of Clifton, NJ.; a son, John J. of 29 Palms, CA.; daughter, Adelaide C. of Huber Hts.; 6 grandchildren, John G., U. S. Army, Korea, Danielle, Christa and Ryan of Huber Hts., Matthew and Katrina of Wilmington, NC.; 1 great-granddaughter, Shelby Lynn of Huber Hts.; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and many special friends. Addie retired from J. C. Penney Co. and was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Born in Garfield, NJ., she was a long time resident of Coshocton, Oh., where she belonged to the First Presbyterian Church. After moving to New Carlisle, Oh. in 1988, she joined the Honeycreek Presbyterian Church, where she was an active member of Martha's Circle. Friends may call at the Given-Dawson Funeral Home, 186 Park Ave., Coshocton, from 1-3 P.M. on Thursday, February 11, with graveside services at Coshocton Memory Gardens immediately following. Rev. Joe Quinn will officiate. A memorial service will be held at the Honeycreek Presbyterian Church on Friday, February 12 at 1 P.M. for friends and family.
