BROWN, MISS SYLVIA J. - Miss Sylvia J. Brown, formerly of 130 S. Oxford St., Troy, passed away Tuesday at the Piqua Manor, Piqua, O. Surviving are 1 sister, Irma Brown, Piqua, 4 nieces. She was a member of the 1st Lutheran Church in Troy, O., formerly an employee of the Miami County Welfare Dept. Services 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Deeter-Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Pastor David Matevia officiating. Burial in Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 'til 9 p.m. Wednesday.
