PEARSON, RUSSEL R. - Russel R. Pearson, 75, of 322 Williams Street, Troy, died Monday at Stouder Hospital.  He was born Oct. 22, 1896 in Miami County and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alva Pearson.  He was married to the late Bessie Gardener Pearson.  Surviving are two children, Mrs. Willard (Betty) Penny, Dayton, Richard Pearson, Vandalia, one brother, John Pearson, Tipp City, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.  He was a veteran of World War I.  He was employed at Waco for 31 years, but retired from the Process Equipment Company.  There will be no visitation or flowers.  The Deeter-Baird Funeral home is in charge.  Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
