BOLTON, KENNETH M. - Brother Killed - Funeral services were conducted on Thursday in Sidney for Kenneth M. Bolton, brother of Mrs. Richard (Peggy) Purk of Tipp City.  Mr. Bolton was killed on March 28 in a plane crash in Nashville, Tenn.  He was the co-pilot of a twin-engined executive airplane that carried the four occupants to their death.  The pilot was Paul E. Clark of Sidney and the other two victims were officials of the Copeland Refrigeration firm in Sidney.  Mr. Bolton, age 39, was a veteran of the Army and a member of the Sidney American Legion and the VFW Post of Piqua.  Surviving, in addition to Mrs. Purk, is his wife, Carole F. Fair Bolton; and three children, Gregory, Brian and Debbie; two other sisters, Mrs. Keith Stanert of Albany and Mrs. Robert Reed of Lockington; and one brother, Merrill of Piqua.  Burial was in Cedar Point cemetery, Pasco.
