SMITH, GEORGE C. (BUCK) - George C. (Buck) Smith, 68, of 202 Bowman Ave., Tipp City, died Thursday, April 6 in Highland View Nursing Home.  Surviving are a son, Carl of Oklahoma City; three brothers, Ralph E., William L. and James C. Smith all of Tipp City; and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Wiseman of San Antonio, Tex.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church.  Services were held Sunday at the Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home in Tipp City.  Burial was in Maple Hill Cemetery.
