KORNS, RUSSELL - Russell B. Korns, 71 of 5462 East State Route 40, died December 8 at Dettmer Hospital.  He was born September 7, 1900 and was the son of the late George and Elia Porter Korns.  He was married to Frances Korns, who survives.  He was a retired painter.  He is survived by his wife, three step-children, Aubrey Grow, Mrs. Robert (Elva) DePoyster, and James T. Grow, all of Dayton, one brother, Charles Korns of Dayton, five sisters, Mrs. Abel (Lula) Youngerman, Mrs. Idabell Broduss, Miss Hazel Korns, all of Dayton, Mrs. Willard (Melta) Wall, and Mrs. Ernest (Pauline) Martin, both of Florida, eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.  Funeral services were Saturday at the Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home in Tipp City.
