BECKEL, (NO FIRST NAME) - Death of a Child from Laudanum - Piqua, O., Feb. 23.--This morning Mr. Beckel gave her two-year old child a few drops of laudanum, setting the bottle on the table and left the room for a few minutes.  During her absence the child got hold of the bottle, drinking its contents, causing its death soon after.
