SMITH, MAGGIE - Maggie, eldest daughter of Mr. Daniel W. and Mrs. Angie Smith, whose dangerous sickness was mentioned in last week's Union, died on Wednesday evening, after a fortnight of most intense suffering. All that kind, loving parents, and medical aid could do to allay her pain was done, but all to no avail, for only with death came rest from her sufferings. Her funeral took place yesterday. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of the entire community.
