PLOCH, FRED - Fred Ploch, of Piqua, was killed by the cars at the D. & M. crossing Thursday morning, between 1 and 2 o'clock. He had come from Dayton on the train, and in getting off in some way fell under the cars, being, as it is supposed, intoxicated at the time.

PLOCH, FRED - Fred Ploch, the well-known saloon keeper of this city, was run over by the two o'clock passenger train at the Dayton & Michigan Depot, this morning and literally cut to pieces, the remains being most horribly mangled.  No one witnessed his death, but it is supposed that he got on the train at Troy, and endeavored to get off here, while it was in motion.
