NORTHCUTT, MRS. LYDIA A. - Mrs. Lydia A. Northcutt, wife of Commissioner W. H. Northcutt, died on Sabbath last after a long illness.  Her funeral took place from Union Chapel Tuesday morning and burial at Fletcher in the afternoon, a large concourse of mourning friends paying their respect in the performance of the last sad rites.
