STAFFORD, SQUIRE JAMES S. - Squire James S. Stafford, brother of Mr. George P. Stafford, of Troy, died at his residence at New Carlisle last Saturday evening after a lingering illness, at an advanced age.  His funeral took place Monday.  Squire Stafford was a man well known in both Clark and Miami counties and highly esteemed by all who knew him.
