DILL, CHAS. (CHARLES) E. - While making a running switch at St. Paris yesterday, Chas. E. Dill, of Columbus, a brakeman, was jostled off the top of a freight car and fell on the track, the train passing over his legs and mangling him horribly. Dr. W. S. Parker was telegraphed for, and passenger train No. 5 was held here till he could get to the depot, but the poor fellow died in fifteen minutes after he was picked up.
