POWERS, MRS. CATHARINE M. - Mrs. Catharine M. Powers, wife of the late Judge Powers, and mother of Mrs. David Kelley, died on Tuesday afternoon last at the advanced age of 79 years.  Mrs. P. had been a resident of Troy for about 40 years.  Her funeral took place Thursday.
