DUNLAP, ELLEN - Near Covington, Ohio, Nov. ---, 1871, Sister Ellen Dunlap, in her 17th year. This young lady was a member of Covington Congregation of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and one of the happy subjects of a gracious revival meeting, held by the late Rev. F. G. Black, at Union Church, 3 miles north of Covington, about two years ago. Since that time she has led an exemplary Christian life; was a good, faithful member of the Sabbath School at Union Church, where many of her young friends and associates miss her now. They should heed this admonition and be ready for their departure. Hers is a deeply afflicted family. Three sisters, one brother, and three of another brother's children, all in a few days swept away by that dreadful, fearful disease--smallpox. May a gracious Savior succor the afflicted relatives and friends, and sanctify to them this visitation.

 H. D. Onyett Centerville, Ind., Dec. 13th, 1871
