Cecil, John C. West Milton Record 10/4/1922 Company B 71^{st OVI & Company I 94th OVI}

John C. Cecil passed away at his home in Ludlow Falls on Sunday after and illness of about two weeks with paralysis. Deceased was a veteran o f the civil war, having served three years as a member of the 94th OVI. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Stump, of Covington, and a son, Keifer Cecil, of Pleasant Hill. Funeral services were held at Pleasant Hill on Tuesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. O.P. Furnas of West Milton assisted by Rev. J.S. Kegg, of Pleasant Hill. Burial took place at the Pleasant Hill cemetery.
