Brandon, Elsey Robert The Miami Union 9/5/1901 Company B 71^{st OVI}

Robert Brandon, who was injured in the railway accident of the trolley line at Donnellsville, August 2nd, died Tuesday evening at the Springfield hospital where he had been since he was hurt. The deceased was a veteran of the 71st. OVI and his home was near Pleasant Hill.

The funeral services were held this morning at West Milton, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Isaac Minnich and the body will be laid away in the Pleasant Hill cemetery.
