Mr. Charles H. Kramer, for many years landlord of the Morris House, died at Mr. Clemens, Michigan, on Monday morning, and was buried here Wednesday.  He had been in poor health of some time past, and left Troy a few weeks since for Mr. Clemens in hopes that the change would benefit his health.  Mr. Kramer was a native of Allentown, Pa.
