Freeman, Benjamin Miami Helmet 1898 Company G 71^{st OVI}

At the home at No. 433 West Miami street, occurred the death of Benjamin F. Freeman, a veteran of the civil war. The deceased was born in Shelby county, and was fifty-two years old last April. For eighteen years he had been a resident of this city, following the occupation of a drayman. The funeral services wee held on Sunday afternoon at two o’clock. The interment took place at Forest Hill cemetery.
