Comments: This inmate was listed as John Meyer, that name stricken through, and the name Charles Elmer Miller added. A half brother to #0089b. Comments are as recorded in Book. "Admitted from Piqua, OH. Mother living, father dead. Father's name was John Meyer, a soldier. Co E 142 Reg. 8th Corp, Indiana Infantry. There then appears a line:

The Father is John Fuller, a soldier, in an Indiana Regiment, the discharge papers were lost. Mothers name is Belle Myers, Now in Richmond, Indiana."

NOTE   In the Children's Home Record Book two individuals have the same Inmate number. 
They are Dora Myers and John Myers. That number is 0089.  We will make them 0089a, 0089b.  

 In the book John Myers is name is crossed out and beneath it written Charles Elmer Fuller.  The book does name Dora as half sister to #0089a .  We will list him as John Meyers, also known as (aka) Charles Elmer Fuller, and cross reference the two names in the index..
