ALDRICH, PHILADELPHIA - On the morning of the 4th inst., by the Rev. James Coe, Mr. Stephen Hall, of Piqua, to Miss Philadelphia Aldrich, of this place. The receipt of the usual fee, is hereby, acknowledged, and a sweet lot it was too; a part of which we handed over to the ladies, as we always do when we receive any thing so good as a Wedding Cake, as a stimulator to pleasant dreams and sunny thoughts. May this happy pair long enjoy domestic peace and happiness, Religion be their primary pursuit, and future blessedness their reward.

There is an hour when words are vain,

It is when hearts, that once were twain,
First feel they are but one.  July 11, 1838
