TROY -ROGER L. SENTMAN, 68, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 7
a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at his residence.
He was born June 3, 1943, in Piqua, Ohio, to the late James M.
and Luellen (Agne) Sentman. His wife, Nancy Ann (Laughman) Sentman, preceded him
in death on July 13, 2004.
He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Randall L. and
Jen Sentman of Piqua, Eric M. and Jennifer Sentman of Troy and Christopher D.
and Emily Sentman of Denver, Colo.; brother, Forrest E. and Judy Sentman of
Casstown, Ohio; and six grandchildren, Carson, Cara, Dale, Meredith, Alexander
and Evan Sentman.
Roger was a 1961 graduate of Troy High School and a 1970
graduate of Indiana Institute of Technology.
He served in the Ohio Air National Guard from 1968-1981 and was
a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy.
Roger was a HAM Radio Operator, K8SHE and had been a member of
the Strawberry Festival Choir since its conception.
He was the owner/operator of RNX Company, Troy, Ohio, and worked
as an electrical engineer with several companies in the area.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at
Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
