BATSCHE, MARTHA E. (SWEARINGIN) - Martha E. (Swearingin) Batsche, 88, of Kettering died Jan. 16, 2009. She was born June 15, 1920 in Putnam County, Tenn. to late Martha and James Swearingin. She was preceded in death by one brothers and five sisters. Martha went to work during World War II and worked at NCR then spent 40 years at Oxford Paper Mill in West Carrollton. She is survived by spouse Ronald Batsche; brother, Ed and Dorothy Swearingin of Troy and brother-in-law, Raymond Kanninen of Oregon; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Chester Winstead of Dayton; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Services were held Jan. 19 at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton. Interment was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
