KLINE, CONNIE (CISSNER) - Connie Kline, 67, of Hillsboro, formerly of Troy, died Sunday, Nov. 24, 2009 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born June 24, 1942 in Piqua.  She was a member of the Hillsboro Lions, formerly a 4-H advisor and member of the First United Methodist Church, Hillsboro.  She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Elsie (Rose) Cissner; husband, John "Bud" Kline.  She is survived by her son, Jeff Kline, of Vandalia; daughter, Pam Day of Xenia; grandchildren, Justin Kline, Whitney Baker, Ray Baker, Kyle Baker; great-grandchildren, Ophelia Baker, and Colton Mennett.  Services were held Nov. 25 at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home with Rev.
