Kessler, age 37 of New Carlisle, Ohio formerly of Tipp City, Ohio died
Wednesday November 19th at her residence after battling Graves disease for
the past two years. Tammy was born April 12, 1971 in St. Mary's, Ohio to
Arthur and Betty (Blagg) Pennington. Tammy was a homemaker; she truly loved
her husband, mom and family. Tammy was preceded in death by her father.
Tammy was a loving wife of Andrew J. "Andy" Kessler for the past 11 years
who survives her. Also surviving are her mother Betty and her husband
Charles O. Sayre, Tipp City; sisters and brothers Patty (Mike) Robbins, Fort
Loramie, Ohio; Rita (Bruce) Opperman, New Knoxville, Ohio; Gary (Lydia)
Pennington, Sidney, Ohio, Eric Sayre, New Carlisle; Charles A. "Chuck"
Sayre, Greenville; and Gayle Lynn Sayre, Greenville. Funeral services were
at 2:30 p.m. Monday, November 24th at the Ginghamsburg Church South Campus,
7695 South County Road 25A, Tipp City. Reverend Mike Bradshaw officiated
with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Arrangements by Frings &
Bayliff Funeral Home, 327 West Main Street, Tipp City, Ohio.

She was born April 12, 1971 in St. Mary's, Ohio to Arthur and Betty (Blagg) Pennington. Services were held Nov. 24 at Ginghamsburg Church. Burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City with arrangements by Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home.
