BRUMBAUGH, NAOMI MAE (UHRIG)
- Naomi Mae Brumbaugh, 79,
formerly of Phillipsburg passed away on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008 at the
Brethren's Retirement Community in Greenville. She was born on November 24,
1928 in Union. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary
(Miller) Uhrig, and her husband Charles Russell Brumbaugh, Jr. She is
survived by her son, Ron Brumbaugh of Brookville; daughters and sons-in law
Denise and Paul Henderson of Brookville, Karen and Nick Ranly of Minster;
grandchildren Tracy and Patrick Henderson, and Heather and Adam Ranly; great
grandchildren Hailey and Lydia Ranly and a sister, Neva Huffgarden of West
Alexandria. She graduated from Randolph High School in 1947 and was a cook
for Northmont Schools for 25 years, retiring in 1993. She was a member of
the Potsdam Church of the Brethren. Funeral services were held Monday, Jan.
14 at the Potsdam Church of the Brethren with Rev. Robert Kurtz
officiating. Burial followed in Bethel Cemetery. Arrangements were handled
by the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home in West Milton. If so desired,
contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Brethren's
Retirement Community Resident Fun in Greenville.
