GREEN, MARY K. (NEE: BARNETT) - Mary K. Green, 84, of Tipp
City, died at 6:35 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008 in Harborside Health Care
Center of Troy. She was born Dec. 6, 1924 in Dearborn County, Ind. to the
late George D. and Lettie M. Barnett. She was a homemaker, and operated the
Millcreek Kennel in Tipp City during the 1960s and 1970s. Additionally, you
would find her enjoying being a vendor at area Flea markets. From 1976 she
resided in Crystal River, Florida until her return in 2005. Survivors
include two sons, Walter C. (Jan) Green III, Michael B. Green and friend
Karen Hodge, all of Tipp City; four grandsons, Justin, Timothy, Casey,
Brady; and several close friends including Antje, Dolly, Raymond, Marion,
Rowland all of Crystal River, and several friends in New York. A private
service will be at the convenience of her family. Memorial contributions
may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
