BARRETT, DARLA (HALL) - Darla Hall-Barrett, age 55, od Upper Arlington, died April 12 at Riverside Hospital.  Survived by husband Greg Barrett, M.D., formerly of Tipp City, OH; daughter Rachel Barrett and her partner Sarah Jayne Barrett; son Keith Barrett; parents Dale Hall and Dolores Edwards; sister Deena Hall and her husband Dave Bupp; and sister-in-law Jo Stull.  Graduate of Canfield High School Class of 1970; College of Wooster in 1974, and received her M.A. in Guidance and Counseling from the Ohio State University in 1976.  She touched many children and their families through her career in counseling at elementary and middle schools in Heath, Upper Arlington, and Fairbanks.  She was a past board member of the Ohio State Counselors Association.  Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 Tuesday, April 15 at the Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High St.  Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Trinity United Methodist Church, corner of 5th Ave. and Cambridge Blvd.  Dr. Philip Brooks officiating.  Contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 870 Michigan Ave., Columbus, OH 43215, in her memory.  To send condolences to the family visit www.schoedinger.com.
